Building Description
The Singapore at 98-18 Horace Harding Expy was completed in 1965. Designed by architect Jack Brown, the Singapore is one of twenty 16-story brick towers that comprise LeFrak City. It reaches a height of 144 feet and contains 232 apartments. The units are oversized with two or three bedrooms, and large windows, and many feature private terraces. Kitchens and bathrooms have also been freshened with new cabinetry, countertops and stainless steel appliances. Washers and dryers are centrally located and outdoor amenities include sports courts, landscaped gardens, and playgrounds. An outdoor swimming pool is available to residents for a fee.
