If you're looking to upgrade your subscription — from lower to higher coverage or from a monthly plan to an annual one — you can change it directly from your account or contact customer support. You will be charged only the difference between your current plan and the one you're upgrading to.

If you're looking to cancel or downgrade your subscription, please contact customer support for assistance. If you cancel or downgrade an annual subscription, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remainder of your term. For example, if you cancel an annual plan after 5 months of usage, you will be issued a refund for the remaining 7 months. If you cancel or downgrade a monthly subscription, you must do so within 5 business days of your latest charge to be issued a pro-rated refund.
